leftovers can be pretty boring, pretty fast… But this chili is anything but boring! Turkey is cooked low + slow with tomatoes, vegetables and spices to make the perfect hearty meal!
We’re big fans of chili here. From pumpkin chicken chili to healthy white chicken chili, ground beef and sweet potato chili, it’s one of our favorite foods!

Turkey Chili:
You can make this Turkey Chili in the slow cooker, instant cooker or stove. My favorite way to make this chili is in the slow cooker, which I have shown below.
- Add all ingredients to the original cooking pot, except frozen corn
- Mix until combined. Simmer for 6-8 hours.
- When you are ready to eat, add the frozen corn.

If you are doing this in the instant pot, be sure to scrape off any pieces of food at the bottom of the instant pot or you may have a burn warning during cooking
